98 420ac, 3 cruisair units, all three are pumping water out the thru hulls overboard. The salon runs about ten minutes and shuts offf with PS/LO code flashing. Fan and Compressor run, vacuumed out screens and fins. When it does start up it is blowing cold air? Any Ideas before i call in a mobil tech?

Either artic cold raw water or low on refrigerant.
I suspect the latter.
