Come this flu season, and after the election, every question society grapples w regarding all the preventative measures taken will be answered.

Discussions among hospital administrators and physicians are turning towards strategies for how seasonal flu season impacts C-19 cases.

Not a single meeting I’ve listened to believed face masks, gloves, nor distancing will have any impact on coming flu cases.

Hospitals bracing for ER crowds due to seasonal flu inspite of all the C-19 measures.

Or maybe the guidance from the health organizations to report everything under the sun as Covid has affected the numbers of other afflictions. Seems pretty common sense that it would.

Oh this is going to be fun! He can't see what I write about him. That explains a lot. I recall that racist rant he posted. I expect that he must have ignored a bunch of people so he would not see how he was called out. I held off at that time, partly because others had already commented. But I guess even if I had he would not see it. That's a shame, because it really hurts my feelings that he doesn't like other perspectives. NOT.....

On a funny only slightly related note, there was a funny conspiracy theory a few years ago about our Trudeau. His mother Margaret was a bit of a party animal and there were rumors about affairs with various people like Mick Jagger and also Fidel Castro among others. I don't see how that is happening in this case. Australia and New Zealand have had orders-of-magnitude fewer covid cases than their historic average of flu cases. So, even if every reported covid case in those countries were actually flu, they would still have something like 90% less flu. Same story to a lesser extent in most of the other Southern Hemisphere countries.

I for one like healthy debate with intelligent people with views other than my own. As long as it is respectful discussion and people actually listen and respond rationally. Insulting people and trying to say that an entire group of fellow Americans are idiots or sheep because they disagree with your view is not what being in a free world is all about. El Capitan clearly doesn't want to hear any views other than his own. I think he will be back though and will un-ignore.
