Couple of quick questions...

My port side wiper is not working. Fuse keeps popping out. How do you change on this panel?

Second, how do I get at the light bulbs on these two lights?

For the reading light (first light), the clear plastic just pops out. The other light trim ring should be held on with spring clips - you just have to pry the outer trim ring down (without messing up the headliner) until you can squeeze the clips enough to get it off. I don't have the exact same fixture, but I'm sure once you remove the trim ring the rest should be fairly obvious.

I'm pretty sure those are circuit breakers, not fuses. You may need to check the wiper motor, upstream from there.
