I don't have corsa exhaust but from experience if you hear a rattle, something is loose. I rode in a 270 Sundeck with corsa and when it was opened up I did not hear a rattle, just the roar. So I can't see how that should be normal. :smt017 It would drive me crazy till I found it. :smt101
As far as rattling, yes, they rattle some. Some rattle more than others and I actually have one rattling pretty good now. I'm trying to get the proper way to adjust them, but I also have a problem with them not holding open sometimes, when it's fully warmed up. The diverters can be tricky although they are pretty simple.
If you have one rattling more than the other, you may want to contact Jim Browning at Corsa and ask about what to look for and how you can reduce the rattling.
If you look in the diverter at the actual "flapper" you can see how it's not going to be completely quiet. If it's loud enough that when it's open, you can hear it over the motor and the hatch is closed, something must be loose, or the motor just isn't loud enough. :smt043
My dad's boat has Corsas, so does a friend's, I have Silent Thunder on my 26. None rattle at any setting, but it is not hard to imagine why they would.
