I had the original Corsa Exhaust that came from the factory. Last season a mechanic recommended that I remove them because of possible water intrusion into the cylinders. So, they were removed.

What should I do with them? Is there any value to them? I have 2 complete sets with wiring that turns them on/off.

Before you sell them, what are the noise abatement laws in your area especially at night? Did "a mechanic" study and determine the laws of physics that would have allowed the inversion to take place? Times were tough last year, still are.

That said, yes there is a market for them. I've seen them on eBay and CL.

Noise restrictions were not an issue. It had an on and off switch, and I only used them once in a while during the day.

It was more like an assumption because he saw a very small sign of water in one of the cylinders. So he assumed it came from the exhaust.

In some states captains call is illegal which is the on off switch I know some other states are adopting the same noise regs I would just post them on cl or eBay and see if you get a bite I had it one one of my run abouts but after I got a hefty fine from MP I unloaded the boat I never had a problem with water since the diverted is at the top of the risers so I doubt the water was from them just my .02
good luck with selling them

The water could be from a gasket starting to go. Keep a very close eye on it. WRT noise abatement here, the LEO's love Captains Call. It keeps the peace around marinas particularly at night.

What would be a good asking price? Should I sell them separately?
