I wanted to try something different than the EVA Foam so I decided on Corinthian Marine vinyl weave. Quality was good and the fit was perfect.

Looks great. I really like the hyrdofelt.

it does look awesome; we are thinking of doing the same. how does it feel on the feet? We've heard it gets hot?

Haven’t been out in direct sunlight but this weekend will be a good test.

It does get hot but all floor covering does. The cool thing is you simply spray it with water and you’re good.

We had it installed last summer. Love the feel and the look. It does get a bit warm in areas that are in direct sun for an extended period of time. The Admiral will throw down a beach towel over these areas after a while for her comfort - but it is not something we regret installing

We opted for a light color and have not experienced any heat issues. Installed Infinity floor (fabricated by Quint on this site using our snap in carpets as a template) last spring. Absolutely love it.

Good choice, I just did my bridge and swim deck and am ordering a roll to do my aft deck. I am replacing two year old Corinthian Berber with aqua lock because it gets dirty so fast in the traffic areas. I like the woven vinyl because it will simply wipe clean no need for carpet cleaning. Enjoy!

We were out all day today, although it was only 80° the flooring was very comfortable.

I used Corinthian Marines own template and it fit perfectly!

Very pleased with the product

did you do your swim platform as well?
We did our swim platform along with all of our exterior flooring in Corinthian's Solar Tan. It does get a little warm in the direct sun, but it cools right off with a little water.

Looks nice, good fit.

Off topic, after my 2nd or 3rd boat I pulled all the exterior carpet up, took it home, never used it again. I found no carpet was easier, (no dirt, no water to worry about for example) especially when I had to go into the engine compartment.

I am curious to learn what everyone likes about these.

I guessing everyone might have a different answer, but for us the Corinthian looks better than the white floor and it provides a little cushion and anti-skid properties when you are barefooted around the boat. We had carpet before and you are correct, it was a pain in the ass to get into the engine room, it was dirty and it absorbed water. The vinyl flooring can be rinsed down for cleaning, the hydrofelt backing dries quickly and I had a cut out made for the engine room hatch so its easily accessible now. Here is our cockpit area:

We had the stock berber before we went with the solar tan woven vinyl... The helm and cockpit are part of our living area, we spend 99% of our time up there unless we are sleeping. I would never go bare floor, the look, the feel, and the noise deadening properties are on the top of our list.
