Cordless frozen drink maker

As a rule of thumb I usually fill the intended drinking glass with ice cubes (to the top) then put in two more cubes for good measure. This usually puts me pretty close to the consistency I'm looking for. (So if I'm making enough for 6 drinks I fill the glass up 6X and then throw in another handfull) Remember: If it's to thick add more tequila.

I'll sure heed your advice :grin::grin:

So, I tested the thing yesterday with my basic margarita recipe...JUST GREAT!!!:thumbsup::thumbsup:

I can see me preparing drinks for the whole marina this summer!!!! (if only winter would go away...:smt013)

Glad to hear all went well... have fun and make sure you're mixing and not drinking when you plan on moving the boat anywhere.

Bridog, that pic is from a 340 DA from our marina....he is the hit of the raft-ups!

I need one of those. The only place mine fits is on the not-so-level spot beside the cabin door:

Andrew, did you find a place to store the mixer aboard??? That thing is so big and heavy!!

So far we're just placing it on the floor behind the stairs. Why didn't SR put a nice cabinet behind the stairs on the 360DA's like they did on the 340DA's???

Maybe Gary could build me one to put there?

Yes, I remember that table/serving tray from another thread and did a search. That's a pretty cool set up. Probably cost more than the blender but, what the heck....

Any updates? Does the battery last long to enjoy a day of
frozen beverages? Is the blender strong enough?

I cannot say about the battery since I haven’t tested it on the long run, but I can say it works well and it’s built under military standards! Very sturdy, even the measuring cup is super resistant!
The teak table is 449$ … :wow: ...but I'm ordering one

This weekend we ran out of tequila and triple sec before the battery ran out. I agree with Pietro, it is very rugged. It is a hit, for sure. The blender is very strong - no different from one that plugs in.
