cooling fan quit on charger

I have a Promatic 30-3 all tech series charger/converter.
I noticed several weeks ago the fan was no longer coming on. Charger is working fine, just no fan.

Has anyone ever worked on this unit, can the fan be replaced, if so where can I find parts.

Promatic has a lifetime repair policy, though the warranty coverage is sometimes iffy.
Send it to them and they will replace the "Muffin Fan".

After corresponding with Promatic and learning the warranty was only good for 1 yr. I removed the unit , took fan out, googled the fan found 1 for $3.94, including shipping. Replaced fan and all is working GREAT.:grin:

You have enough skills to pull an entire engine, and bravo III outdrive, a fan ain't no problem!
