So... I am not doing any "work" this week because I have found being on drugs and making business decissions is generally a bad thing (no... You can't buy my 480 for $50K).

I'm watching Fox News here and low and behold they are showing a hearing going on with a bunch of congressmen discussing regulating college football and putting in a system of playoffs. They said it's a matter of intrastate commerce so they need to regulate it... WTF?!?! All the sh!t going on with the economy and wars and defeficits and our elected officials are TALKING ABOUT REGULATING COLLEGE FOOTBALL?!!!

I'm moving to the Bahamas... just as soon as I sober up...

I've already packed my bags.

Gary you have to have a decent IQ to work on the real problems our nation faces, so that eliminates about 90% of our boys in DC.

As for this issue (a playoff system)...Imagine having to hear about it 12 months out of the year. I enjoy sports talk radio while in the car but the saying "beating a dead horse" originated here in the south over a discussion of a college playoff system.

I guess congress feels that student financial aid is "college bail out" money so they need to be involved with how they are run... (I made that up... but I'm sure we'll hear it in time).

What the hell?! This is really absurd.
