Congratulations are in order for our own Tonka Boater whose Boating Suite was voted App of the Month in the April issue of Boating Magazine (see p. 19). Way to go Tonka!!!

Congrats Tonka.... pretty nice recognition of your hard work!

it was like the second app I bought when I got an iPhone and I use it almost daily..... the praise is well deserved. Congrats Tonka

Congrats Tonka! Now you need to make one usable by Android!

 Been waiting for an Android equivalent...

In any case, Congratulations!

Tom

Congrats Rob and thanks for updating this to work with the cloud (and for explaining how I can download information to store it)!

Been using the app since day one and thanks for all the updates to make it the best thing going for boaters. I just uploaded some upgrades of my boat into it for future records. Great app!!!

How does it look on the iPad? I generally don't like how iPhone/iPod apps look in the iPad.

On the iPad it looks exactly like the iPhone application. It has a 2X button that makes the application fill about 80% of the iPad screen so it is significantly larger. The application is iCloud enabled to the data automatically populates both devices.

Thanks, I am familiar with the 2X option but generally the 2X stretching makes the app look pretty crappy as you are stretching the graphics, text etc. Looks like the price has gone up to. I'll probably give it a try anyway. It seems like a useful app.

Because there aren't significant graphics in the application I think that the 2X iPad version looks good and I know exactly what you mean about 2X on most applications. I mostly use the fuel log and shopping list functions. You should try it out.
