My bill is $231 a month, and now they are telling me its going up to $241. Working in the industry, I know how much money these guys waste (lets just say they pay me a lot...and waste a lot of it with their own "we arent ready, why dont you sit here and we'll do it when we're ready?") and so I called tonight to complain and got a message stating their offices are closed so I can "feel free to hang up". How the hell am I paying close to $3,000 a year to someone who cant answer my call any time of the day??!!?
 
Welcome to "I'm the Big Player Now" mentality. Upper management is good but their middle management are a bunch of drunks and want to be millionaires. How do I know....use to work for those jerks. They only care about their big data customers and you have to have a great IT Dept to kick their asses once in a while. Video customers are not much of a concern for them these days. It's just business in corporate America.....call Verizon and get the same treatment, Mike.
