My bill is $231 a month, and now they are telling me its going up to $241. Working in the industry, I know how much money these guys waste (lets just say they pay me a lot...and waste a lot of it with their own "we arent ready, why dont you sit here and we'll do it when we're ready?") and so I called tonight to complain and got a message stating their offices are closed so I can "feel free to hang up". How the hell am I paying close to $3,000 a year to someone who cant answer my call any time of the day??!!?
