Cockpit Faucet Aerator

Any one know size of cockpit faucet to add an aerator?

I want to buy an aerator for the cockpit faucet/water tap. It is much smaller in diameter than standard faucets. My question is does anyone know the size? Can one be purchased or may I need to replace entire water tap? I hate the force the water flows without aerator. Thx
