Yes. I have always trailered my boats with it on.

as long as you have good snaps and the cover is not dry rotted

before we started to sip our boat the only reason we kept a cockpit cover was to tow.

we have towed many thousand miles with one and no problems.

Great lakes does not recommend towing with the morning cover. We had a customer cover made just for towing.
