Your best bet is to get your local upholstery guy to measure and make it.

You could try Great Lakes to see if they have it. Otherwise (and ultimately) the local upholsterer is best. Even if you buy it from Great Lakes, though, you'll still need to install the snaps (or pay someone).

Snaps are...well, a snap. The best snap tool out there is about $100. It's a cross between a vise grip and C clamp. I had Infinity flooring made and installed all the snaps with the $100 tool.

No, the actual process of installing the snaps is, as you say, a snap Some people waiver at doing the install themselves as they're worried about getting the cover misalinged. It all comes down to one's cost to pay someone vs their "want" to do it themselves.
