Cockpit botton lights by your feet not working??

I am getting ready to put the boat in the water and for some reason the cockpit lights are not working, you know the ones by your feet. I have a 2005 Sea Ray Sundancer 240, I was told that the switch in the cabin is how to turn them on. I tested the switch and there is power from the swtich. Is this the correct switch for these lights to go on or is there something different? Any help would be great or tips would be great.

I know I pushed the button and they still do not go on?
I have replaced the bulbs and the fuses and tested for eletricity and there is none going to the lights???

Please help
