Coastal MA and Cape & Islands this Week - April 18-24, 2011

So, we have spring break for the kids from school, the boat is ready to splash and the weather forecast for the week rots.

Anyone planning on getting out this week around here? I'm itching to go somewhere (Gloucester to RI and Cape and Islands) but the weather is not helping matters.

Uggg....Good Friday and Easter Sunday will put a damper on my boating itch...Thursday is doable and weather may break by then...

Steve, I went in last week, so I will be down there more often. Will keep an eye out for you and buy you a beer! Weekend weather doesn't look good.

Not when you are married to a Catholic. It starts Thursday night with Holy Thursday, followed by Stations of the Cross on Good Friday, then Easter Mass and Brunch on Sunday.

So the forecast now is cold and windy (55mph) followed by cold and wet. What a train wreck of a week for boating here...
