CO Monitor Help

Hello all!
Have the Vimar Idea CO monitors.

Can not find ANY info online about them. Are they still in business of CO monitors? Couldn't even find it on their website.

Is this rectangular unit the actual sensor or is it just a display.
Have one in the salon and owner's room as well.

My trouble is that one of the displays has all three lights- Green, Yellow, Red- on steady, all of the time.
I check the connections behind it- seemed ok.

Not sure what this means, or even where to get one from if I wanted to replace.
Couldn't even find it on eBay.

I have not seen or heard of that brand either, but one possibility is that the co monitor is at the end of It's life. The units will sometimes only last 5 years before they need to be replaced and will stop functioning.
