CO Gas Death

It happens every year....this boat is directly behind my boat at Parkside Marina, Middle RIver, MD. They had no CO Detector.

I don't understand and we probably never will, but why was the genny running all night while at the dock...

I know the guy who owns the boat, he was NOT one of the dead. Although one was his sister who I spoke to in passing numerous times, Saturday afternoon being the last time. I did not know the other two.
