I have a 1994 370 EC with gas engines. The PO had removed the CO detector and replaced it with a household smoke/CO detector. It works, but is far too sensitive, as even a passing whiff of exhaust will set it off. I can see the wiring from the original unit behind the wall panel, and wish to install a replacement of the original. Does anyone know if it was a Fireboy Xintex? If so, would it have been the version with generator shutoff? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm just almost certain that it was but it's been more than a couple of years now since I replaced mine in the 370. I did replace with a Xintex. And it did not have a generator shut off.

The original co detectors are still in my boat, not functional. ( I have replaced them). They are Xintex but a model that is no longer available. My units do not have a generator shut down. The wiring to them is only 12 volt power.
