My Raymarine radio has started a constant what I will call a click. It comes every few seconds and only does it on channels 12 through 16. It stops when the engines are shut down. It is a new problem and I'm not aware of any changes I have made to cause this. Anybody have any idea's?

I vote for a bad plug wire arcing to ground.

Try looking at or visually following each plug wire with the engines running at idle with no light in the engine room.......I bet you see it.

I also had a clicking sound with my vhf I usually turn on the gps, blower and fish finder before the vhf also a Raymarine I shut off everything except for the vhf no clicking sound then one at a time turned on the other electronics it was a bad ground wire on the Lowrance fish finder. Most likely will be a bad ground on something like others have said. Good Luck.

Take a small spray bottleW water at night and mist the plug wires if it's there you will find it. Should it be a bad wire.
