Joe,
As others have suggested it's time to hit the road. Airfares between Indy and Cleveland are a bit pricy for two unless you have miles so best bet is to drive. Although treat yourself and look a couple of Sea Rays on the way to Cleveland to make absolutely sure to want to remain on the "Dark Side" with a FW!:smt021

I dock in Sandusky (close enough) and plan to be on the water for the 4th of July. I live in Taiwan so it's difficult to get a feel for what is going on over the holiday. Last year was my first on Erie so I'm not real familiar with the "Holiday Hoopla". Anything happening between Sandusky and Cleveland that I might be interested in?

Cedar Point if you have kids and Put-In-Bay with kids or without. Get a dock now, though....

Kelly's Island is an OK stop, too.

Can't beat fireworks on the lake.
