Cleaning Cherry Wood Interior

What do you guys use to keep your cherry wood interior looking good?????

My wife uses the same thing Scott mentions. She also applies it to the entire ceiling and walls of the head. Hair spray doesn't stand a chance to stick if Serious Shine is used. It has a bit of a scent to it, but it disappears fairly quick if you vent the cabin while you're using it.

A trick I learned after buying an older very used boat was to use some sort of isinglass cleaner (mcguirers, or any other paste type). It really brightened up all the cabinets to a point that they can be maintained now.
