Hi all. I need sone advice please. The boat is going for indoor storage tomorrow. And I am finding it hard to find a place to clean the hull before I put it away. Is it harder to clean it in the spring? Will the scum stain over the winter ? Or can I just use abit more elbow grease and have it come clean after I take it out. How important is it to put away clean. Trust me I would rather it be cleaned and waxed. But not possible.
Thoughts?

Yes.
Yes.
Yes - but lot's more elbow grease needed.
Depends on your elbow. :smt001

Is it really that hard to find a hose?

Its so much harder to clean in the spring, however maybe at the very least you can spray it down with a cleaner and let it sit over the winter.

I will be cleaning prior to putting away into heated storage for the first time. Plan on waxing over the winter, among other projects. I can't imagine letting that algae sit all winter long.
