Classic 1976 Sea Ray SRV 200

This is a classic 1976 Sea Ray SRV 200 20' closed bow runabout. It has a 233 Mercuiser out drive powered by a 351 Ford V8 with power trim. This is a great ski boat with a top speed of 45 mph.

I bought the boat in 1977 and it has always been stored in a garage. The upholstery and carpet are in good condition with some ware. I have recently replace all the bellows in the out drive, the tilt limit switches, the transom bearing and the lower unit water pump. There is a new flywheel and starter. I was getting ready to reassemble the out-drive and checked the engine compression. It is low in all cylinders. It has not be started in about 1 year and I suspect that the rings are frozen. This is a great project boat and with a little time it would a boat to own. I'm asking $2000. the boat is near Los Angeles, California.

What is the HIN for your boat? My 1976 SRV200 is SER398M0376. For both being 76's they sure look different. There must have been something about the model year change over date as my top deck configuration doesn't show up until the 1977 brochure.
