clarion receiver problems

Recently had a generator installed on my 2006 sundancer 300,and underwater led lights that sync to my stereo ,a clarion.somewere along the way I lost the sound coming into the cockpit, light guy told me the system would work fine from MP3 /output when I-pod was hooked up.any ideas about the receiver end of this.any reset etc?

So you had gen and underwater lights put it, thats it? What model head unit? Barring something getting knocked unplugged, check to make sure the "REAR" outputs did not default to a sub level or off mode.
