Clarion CMD4 to CMD6 or CMD7

Can i replace my Clarion CMD4 radio with a Clarion CMD6 or a Clarion CMD7 without replacing the transom or the dash remotes on my Searay ds 340?

you can just get one with a new remote, there are many that have rf remotes (no wiring) also there is a product by magnadyne called the aqudyne rf remote which is a water proof floating rf to ir remote, which will transmit ir command over rf then a little ir emitter will convert it back. it works really good
