If your stereo is capable of controlling CD changer all you need to do is to plug cable what comes with CD changer to a socket on the back of head unit
Do you have a Clarion CMD4 or similar head unit? Get the Clarion DCZ625 changer and it's a very easy install. All you need to do is connect the CeNET cable from the head unit to the changer.
I pressume it would be similar with other Clarion models.
