changing duck bills....

Hello, I want to change my duck bills.

Does someone can tell me witch steps I take, and in witch order.

The picture looks clear, but in practice the space between parts is very little.

Also I don't see how I can take pieces out when it's mounted...

I found that post, but I have one part that is different than Gary described.

I don't have the "sewage line hose clamps that has to be loosen on the plastic pipe fitting that the hose is connected to" like Gary described.

Look at the pipe with part NR 17, that goes into the tank.

Do I have to start there? And how can I loose that pipe?
