Changing Blinds

I have a 1995 55 foot sedan bridge and I am thinking of replacing the old white mini blinds with something newer. Has anyone ever done this and what did they use to replace them with? Love some feedback. Just trying to modernize this boat one project at a time.

Many of the newer boats use the pleated acordian type blinds. Easy to custom order and not real expensive.
