Good Morning Folks,

Can someone assist me by explaining how to remove the cover on the central vacuum system so I can change the bag (and take a look at the system)? I am guessing that the cover over the input can be removed but I feel like I am going to break it by pulling on it? Are there latches or does it just pop off?

Thanks!

I think they all have a latching mechanism similar to the ones in the photo.

Rick,

I am looking to figure out how to take the decorative faux wood cover off to get to that unit. You are one step ahead of where I am. That doesn't say much for me!!! I just don't want to break the cover as i pull it off.

The Beam Vac system is located under the Salon Floor just forward of the SUMP BOX. The "faux wood cover" is only where the hose receptacle plug is with the sensor for turning it on when you plug in the hose. That wood box can be easily lifted to service your air conditioner that is under there and should be to clean out the screen for the ac/heat pump.
