Hello, anyone have information on accessing the central vac canister on a 38 Sundancer 2008? I think it’s located under the step but can’t figure out how to get to it…

I have a different model boat but on the 340s the central vac canister is accessed from within a cabinet under the lower shelving.
The location for ours is next to the aft bench on the port side - there are double doors cabinet storage over there and you open those, take out all the stuff the kids and admiral have stored on the shelves, and there is an cutout of the lower shelf you can lift out to get to the vac canister.
This cabinet / shelf is very close to where the hose is stored on the port side under the shelf - if all else fails, trace the hose and you'll be close!

On a 07 380 it is under aft cabin area seat. Just lift the seat up. Port side.

Water heater is under galley counter top, behind refrigerator. You can see it if you open the vent that's under the steps.

I use a prop stick to hold the bottom cushion for the aft cabin seat. Or, have a friend hold it up for you.

I’m still confused because the seat is on tracks. Any chance you could post a photo for me to visually see please? On my DA38 there seems no way to lift the aft couch lower half it’s all slotted together to open up into a bed?
