CD Stuck In Clarion XMD3

I've been searching but can't find a solution. We've got a CD that we can't get to eject. When the eject button is pushed it clicks for a few seconds, but that's it. It still plays the CD.
Anyone have any ideas?

Try re-setting the power by turning the supply off, wait, then on. If you have tried that, many stereos have "Reset" buttons usually actuated by inserting a pin and pushing gently. See if you have one of those and try to actuate it.

pitch it and replace with a CMD4 or 5... the wiring harness is a plug and play set-up and your wired remote should still work

only solution is to take radio apart
most likely one of small springs in eject mechanism is broken
I think Clarion has flat rate for this kind of repairs
