Catalina Island Water Shortage

Returned from our trip recently. We hit several spots on the back side and travelled 250 miles. regarding water, it is available on the small barge adjacent to the fuel dock. You can get a couple gallons for a quarter, and take on quite a bit of you keep,the quarters coming. It is surprising they offer water to boaters because you can't get a glass of water from a restaurant.

Found this flying fish on our boat in the am. these are deep water fish, and never near the coast.
