Anybody have some fuel burn/curve numbers for the CAT 3126 350 HP's for my 2001 400 Sedan Bridge? Just thought if someone had them handy, or knew where to find them, it could save me an hour on Google. I realize commissioning, weight, etc., will all have an effect but it would be nice to have a baseline to start with. any help appreciated. Thanks!:smt100

CAT 3126TA 350HP burn approx. 15 / 16 / 17 gph at 2000 / 2200 / 2400rpm. 18 gph at 2800 rpm pins. I would post the data sheet and fuel / power curves if I could figure out how to post pdf files here. You can download them from boatdiesel.

Properly running diesel engines burn fuel pretty close to their published power curves at given rpm in most planing boats. Your speed at that rpm will vary depending on the boat, load, and other factors.

I'm sure Frank W. can explain this much more eloquently.

Save the PDF as a jpg and post away.

Thank you!
