I have a 2003 - 51 Sundancer. I have had the Cat techs out to pretty much diagnose why both engines will not exceed 1500 rpms full throttle. Alot of work has been done to them. I am looking for something that might be causing this. Here is the what was done to the engines so far:
New turbos, racors, secondary filters, fuel was cleaned and filtered, recent bottom paint, engine alignment and new props.
The condensation relief valve was replaced too on the aftercoolers. This seemed to help for a while then right back to the same old problem. No salt build up on it either.
Tends to blow alot of black smoke and I do not hear the turbos kick in. Aftercoolers are about 1/3 clogged inside when I had them open. Could this be the cause? Looking for something here that I may have missed to help diagnose this issue.
