CAT 3126 belt change

Has anyone experience replacing the belts on these beasts? How hard to get wrenches on port and starboard engines on direct drive boats? Also is CAT the only or best source?

I wrote a check this last spring.... CAT only parts and my mechanic said it was not difficult. 14 years old and no sign of wear, cracks, etc. just purely maintenance.
