just noticed this on Ebay. 199.99 plus s/h...don't know if its a good deal or not but seems like it might be compared to what a 3196 kit costs.

CAT 3116 Marine Diesel SPARES & MANTAINENCE KIT as supplied with new boat. Filters, impeller, thermostat, zincs, etc. all in a nice high impact plastic case. Fuel filter is out of wrapper, but clean. It's all there, new and complete with inventory sheet.
