I am having trouble with the secondary flapper opening too quickly under hard acceleration.

This causing a bog and spitting thru carb.

No problem if I transition smoothly from primary to secondaries.

I understand the flapper is not adjustable.

Any thoughts appreciated.

Accelerator pump too lean? What you describe is the classic too lean when opening the throttle symptoms.
