Looking for a Carry on Hatch air conditioner for my boat. Were is the best place to get one? I would be nice to find a used one.
The stay of the boat this weekend wasn't very fun.

thanks
Dan

Best place is eBay or Craigslist. I've seen several and you'll catch a deal if you watch for it.

Dan, Heres one over on Boater Ed dot com. :smt001

[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica][FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica][FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica]I have an Marine Air carry on A/C unit.
The self contained unit that fits over a deck hatch.

It runs on 110V and is in good shape with deflector and curtain.

Works Great 350.00

We don't like the idea of loosing the only deck hatch. We use the "LG" Portable 9,000 BTU. ( Do a search for past posts ) We used it 10x now.
I did take the casters off and it keeps in place. We keep it in the "Mid Cabin" just stick the hose out the Porthole window. It has a Remote and the "condensate" gets blown out the exhaust. The unit Exhaust the conditioned air so you need to leave a window open a little. So for Couple of hundred, brand new. Just a second option to think about. JG
