Carpet Removal from a 1989 300 Sundancer

Help! The manufacturer built the cabin on top of the carpet, has anyone successfully removed their carpet and if so, can you give me any tips? I spent three hours trying to remove it this morning (120 degrees at Lake Mead today) and I only removed a small portion from the galley. The glue is not the problem, I just cant seem to cut through the carpet where the cabinets and walls are on top of it.

Hello: There, i have a 300 sedan bridge and i replace the carpet with allure from home depot. I just cut the carpet with a blade khife and leaved thecarpet under the cabinets. there are mani modification on the 300 treats. good luck: jorge
