Carpet question?

I'm looking to replace the carpet on the outdoor deck. I'm looking for a tan Berber, either driftwood or Dunes color. The question is about the backing. I see some outdoor carpet that says will not allow water to go through the backing. Is this good? or is there a Carpet that drains? I'm looking for a piece like 12 x 6.5"

I've used Corinthian (Sponsor here) and was very happy with the Aquamat carpet on our last boat. They even offer a 20% discount for xmas.
the Aquamat did seem to drain water through it and dried quickly they claim the new backing won't fall apart.
