Is that the Russian version of ground hog day. Car falling through the ice is like Punksatony Phil not seeing his shadow... meaning spring is just around the corner?

If the car can fall through, how is the ice strong enough acting like a fulcrum for that ramp? I was waiting for that whole section to cave in.

Personally I would have just left that thing in the water and just stepped away. It would have been funny if after they got it out it fell right back in.

at first i wondered how the driver got out, until then the end, when you see it is a right hand drive car. wonder if the car was sitting there on the ice while fishing, or if they were in it.
