Captain's chair on my 2000 460DA is stuck in face-fwd position. Can't seem to get it released, used all the levers/and knobs. Hit the underside mechanism with some penetrating oil (and WD-40), still stuck in position. Any ideas?

Plenty of WD 40 is a good start - add more. If I remember right (I am not close to my boat) there are 3 levers, The one you want is the lower of the two with a round handle. The one above is to adjust the seat forward or backwards.
Frist make sure you have the friction Knob turned to loosen (turn to the left, if you seat has a friction - not all do) then try having someone sit lightly in the seat any wiggle it as you move the levers.
Good luck!

On my 2005 460 it is the forward most round handle. When I purchased the boat it was stuck as well
