canvass top leaking

Thank you all, think Starbrite is the winner. New Canvass next season. $$$$$
$$$$$. Ya see that forward part of top? Not including the aft canvas top, $1400 last winter. But it dont leak and ya gotta bite the bullet and do it. Oh plan ahead. I scheduled the work this time last year, they did the work in March before April launch. Quality canvas shops have a huge lead time.

I use canvas cleaner on day 1 and on day 2, I apply 303 with a paint roller with pole extension

Roller is the best way, for sure. I also used the foam brushes for the sides to keep it off the clear. I did the sides out on the lawn. Greatest thing ever. Burned the lawn so bad, I didn't have to mow the rest of the year.;)

Around this house, I'm Cheech and Chong as well as a felon. So I try to support myself as much as I can. With 5 acers of lawn and a 1 acer of garden, I try to plan my work accordingly. Now to get out and rake and blow the wet leaves before they kill the front lawn for the year.

Just be careful applying the Starbrite and don't get any on your isinglass or windshield. It's paraffin based, IIRC and is very difficult to get off.

It comes off the windshield with the spray can glass cleaner from Costco really well. I was rolling along and the roller slipped and went right down the glass. Sprayed the Starbright and it wiped up easily. By the time I got to it, it had dried on the glass.
