May I suggest Puget Sound Canvas. Owner Robin manufactured new Sunbrella canvas covers for our SR 240 Sundeck a couple of years ago, when we we kept our boat in Meydenbauer Bay, and we were/are very pleased with his work. His phone number is (206) 412-6171.

Canvas Supply in Ballard is the Best I have seen - for New - I'd assume the same for repair as well.
