I have had good luck with Marty's Bag Works in Annapolis / Edgewater. Not sure if they travel up that way, but if so Ted does great work.

John, is he the shop in the shopping center off Philadelphia Road, I know the waiting list thing,, had a shop look at the work the end of last year, give me price, take my canvas, give it back to me this week and tell me he ddidn't get to over the winter now doesn't want tot do it.

I just had all my canvas redone but Admiral Marine Canvas in Essex, MD. They do a great job!

Ed at Admiral Marine is very good. If you are replacing the isinglass, ask about Makrolon.
Not as heavy as EZ2CY but the clarity is unbelievable.

Yes he is..........I stopped by to see him in the fall and he said he was looking to move, don't know if he did or not. Actually I need to call him for some minor work I need done, I will find out.

Don't know if this helps you out or not. Gioia Sails is coming down to my boat today or tommorrow to install the new cushions they made for me over the winter and take measurements for a camper canvas install. Perhaps they can take take your work back with them and return it when they install the camper canvas on our boat? My boat is only across the yard from yours!
Paul Cawley is who I have been working with there 732-901-6770. Perhaps you can call them and see if they can wrap your work in with mine. In case the shops in MD are not able to do it.

Thanks all for suggestions, reached out to a couple of them waitng on pricing, John, they did move they are at 7090 Golden Ring Road, Tom that wouldn't work to well, i wouldn't want to leave the backdrop off that long, Thanks for the help though, See your going to Mears, I thnk we are heading down to.

Sorry Bob! Was not thinking forgot I have cockpit cover and canvas. Heck if it does not warm up and stop snowing you might not get the shrink wrap off for a while.

Made an offer on a 1999 270SD and wife wants new camper canvas for it. Stopped by a shop here in Pasadena and they made a guesstimate that knocked me off my chair. So, understanding there are many variables (number of U zips, etc.) what is the range of prices I should expect for full camper canvas?

Call great lakes boat tops... get an estimate from them as a baseline. They likely will have the pattern for your boat.

I would say just for the back $4k and another $1.5k - $2k for the front. It really depends on the quality you are looking for.

I am having a camper back added to our boat this season. Estimate was in line with what Jon said came out to be just under $4K for the back only. I am not getting the front done as the canvas is in good shape. That included 3 u zips with screens one large in the back and two in the side. U-Zips and screens add up!!
