Pump out boat came by over the weekend and wasn't able to completely empty the head. I'm guessing it's clogged. Anyone have experience withy this?

What do you mean by completely? The pumpout tube in the holding tank is just a bit above the bottom of the tank so debris will be sucked up the pipe, so there is always a small amount of material left after pumpout. If you had say a 1/4 tank left, then I would think maybe the pumpout machine lost suction or they may have stopped too soon. JMHO.

I've seen a clogged tank/pumpout hose before, but I have to say it's rare. Typically, any mass that can get through the head system and pumps can then get through the pump-out hose.

I would first make sure the vent is clear and if there's a filter, that it's not restricted.

If paper or wipes etc built up a blockage in the hose, you can try to backflush fresh water though the pump-out fitting.

How would Scott know?

Doesn't he have glad wrap over the bowl, with a gold fish swimming around there?

No No No! Gold Fish and Sea Monkeys poop, so they would not be allowed on a Sea Ray!:smt043 I wonder if they would have a vacu-Flush system in thier fish bowls?:smt101

OP, could your tank vent be clogged?

I thought that what snails were for in aquariums? To clean the poop. makes you re-think escargot, don't it.

I'd have to figure out where that is.

Just to close this out it turned our to be an issue with the Pump Out Boat itself. Got serviced by a different boat this weekend, no issues.
