You could try:
Blaster PB Spray Penetrating Catalyst 11
They sell it at Homedepot, lowes and walmart.

Definitely fuel. Had a similar issue with my boat turned out I had a bad injector #5 seems to put the boat in a lymph mode. Have merc mechanic run diagnostics and I’m pretty sure it will be an injector

With very tight bolts I find an electric battery impact will loosen without damage in some cases

Pull a fuel sample from that tank right from the pickup tube. That’ll point you toward your next course of action.
If the fuel in the tank is clean, then your fuel cooler is probably leaking, allowing raw water to mix with the fuel.

If you have a CF2 it's the tank. CF3 could be the module or tank

What is CF2 versus CF3? Do you happen to have a picture of the fuel cooler or part number that I can look at for reference and to help locate? Thanks for all of the help

If you have a spin on fuel filter on the stbd side you have a CF2. If your filter is in a module same side it's a CF3
You have the spin-on fuel filter that looks like an oil filter, right? That's CF2. CF3 changed the fuel cooler (or "C"ool "F"uel) setup to a small "tank", of sorts, with a drop-in filter. Your fuel cooler is a straight, flow-through design behind the motor mount. In other words, like Scof mentioned, with CF2, the "fuel cooler" part of this doesn't matter for your setup.

Thanks again. Yes twist on filter. Took boat out today and she rain great once I got up on plane. Little slowing getting up there as trim tabs aren’t really working well. (Yep another issue) Trying to run through these tanks of gas and going to check and replace filters again once she cools down. Hopefully they are clean but but was definitely night and day from last weekend
