In other words in case you do not fish.. a fishing pole holder bracket, in your case it is missing one part of the holder, the part that looks like a tube that actually does the holding. Thats the brand that I use on my fishing boat and the one that my wife bans from our Sundancer...

AWESOME Guys... thanks for all the quick feed back. I mounted my magma on the rail on the transom locker and don't like it there at all. It is not stable in my opinion. Looks like a have a new place to mount my grill You guys rock!
