My oldest finished her last day of school at 12 today and we packing up for the 4 day weekend on the lake. I pick her up and as we pull in the driveway my says she needs to go get swim ware.

So here I sit with two little girls chomping at the bit to go. can we go yet?!

At least you don't have half your weekend occupied by someones wedding. I mean seriously who has a Memorial Day Weekend wedding. For that matter unless your getting married at a lake where my boat can go no wedding between May and October

I remember boating. It was fun I think.

I know... I took today off, the weather was iffey, but now they're forecasting hail and winds 10-15 with 30 mph gusts... I should have gone this morning, but I had to run some errands. The lake was fairly calm till about 11.

yeah, at least you're not in a cold operating room waiting to get outside!!!!!!! Looks like it's going to be a great Memorial Day boating weekend here in GA.

Me too!:grin: I think it's time for me to leave the cabin and contemplate my Annual Operating Plan. (By Annual Operating Plan I mean wash the boat and go for a dinghy ride:lol

karma is: Keep Another Rum and Malibu Aft. All in all I am working though have the pleasure of doing it from a great location. Should have named the boat Job Site, as a good friend of mine did.

Well at least we've left the house now. Had to make another stop at publix for supplies and now a thunder storm has moved in. We're about 5 min from the boat. I can almost taste the beer. Almost there!!!!
